Take 1 capsule daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. It’s best to take it at the same time each day. Balance can be taken with or without food, however, taking it with food can help improve absorption and lessen your chance of experiencing nausea or indigestion.

We recommended taking Balance for a minimum of 3 months to allow your body to adjust and to ensure the ingredients are given enough time to flush out excess estrogens and begin rebalancing your hormones. That said, you may need to take Balance for up to 6 months, or more, to achieve optimum hormone balance and peak skin results.

Not to worry! Simply resume taking the recommended daily dose. There is no need to compensate by taking more capsules than recommended. Keep in mind, for best results, it is recommended to take Balance daily.

We recommend committing to a minimum of 3 months to allow your body to adjust and the ingredients enough time to flush out excess estrogens and begin rebalancing your hormones.

Once your hormonal acne and/or other hormone imbalance symptoms have subsided, it is safe and beneficial to continue taking a maintenance dose of Balance long-term. Maintenance dosing can range depending on your genetic makeup and lifestyle. 1 capsule every other day is generally sufficient to help maintain healthy estrogen, but if hormonal acne or hormone imbalance symptoms reoccur, it is safe to continue taking the recommended dose of 1 capsule per day.

The ingredients in Balance are helping your body flush out excess estrogens, which may cause minor, short-lived detox symptoms. While these symptoms are rare, they can include darkened urine, gas, headaches, brain fog, or fatigue, as well as feeling achy or irritable, or experiencing changes in stool.

To avoid side effects, we recommend drinking plenty of water and eating fibrous fruits and vegetables, which will help your body flush out excess estrogens and harmful toxins. If you experience any of these detox symptoms, try taking 1 capsule every 2 or 3 days and see how you feel. If a lower dose is tolerable, continue for 2 weeks before proceeding with the recommended daily dose. If symptoms persist, it’s best to speak with your healthcare practitioner.

Your body will likely go through a detox period when you first start taking Balance. This is because the ingredients in Balance are working to flush out excess estrogens. That said, it is possible for hormonal acne and other hormone imbalance symptoms to worsen within the first few days to first few weeks of taking Balance.

Birth control pills tend to suppress rather than solve hormone imbalances and symptoms like hormonal acne. So, in coming off the pill you may re-experience the hormone imbalance symptoms that drove you to go on it, often in a more pronounced way. Alternatively, you may have developed a hormone imbalance while on the pill and, in going off of it, are experiencing persistent hormonal pimples for the first time.
