SHIPPING

Cocoon currently ships within Canada and the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. However, we're currently offering free shipping on all orders. 

All orders are processed 24-48 hours after you receive your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. The average time for shipping is between 4-10 business days. Some orders may take longer than usual to process due to high volumes or postal service issues.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cocoonskincare.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
