We want you to feel confident trying Balance, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't the right fit for your body, submit your request within 30 days of your carrier-confirmed delivery date and we'll process your refund. There’s no need to send the product back to us, but we will ask for a bit of feedback as part of the process.

ELIGIBILITY
The guarantee covers one bottle or refill per customer for orders made directly through cocoonskincare.ca.
If any products from your order are unopened and in sellable condition, your order qualifies for a return. Simply reach out and we'll provide a return label. Once we receive the items, a refund will be issued minus the cost of the return label.
Original shipping costs are not included in refunds.
Refunds will not be issued if the product was used in a way that deviates from the provided instructions, such as exceeding the recommended dosage.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If something arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right.
A NOTE ON RESULTS
Hormonal shifts take time, and every body responds differently. If you don't see results after 30 days, that doesn't mean it isn't working. Many customers begin to see meaningful changes between 60 and 90 days. Our guarantee exists not to promise results within a set timeframe, but to help you feel confident in trying something new.
