I used this product for 3 months and I do see improvements to my skin. My acne is not as inflamed and deep, although I am still getting breakouts. I think I will need to use this product for longer than 3 months to see if my skin will improve further.
I did get gastro upset when I first started using this product, so I only take it when I am eating a meal. I am also have a hormonal IUD, I wish there was more information available on how the effectiveness of this product may be impacted by the use of birth control.

If you want your hormonal acne to stop, buy this. Believe me, I thought I was going to live forever with painful cystic acne, I was in so much pain and I was depressed looking at my face every morning with a new huge pimple, I thought nothing was ever going to work out for me until this. I started taking Balance, don’t get me wrong, it’s a process, one that I was patient, but it’s so worth it, I am starting my second bottle, and let me tell you, my face is glowing and pimple free, and yes I indulge sometimes on dessert, something I couldn’t do before. I am grateful for this, I don’t cancel plans anymore, I enjoy going with my face makeup free and it’s a relief. This has been incredibly for me.

I’m late 30’s and had been experiencing a terrible breakout that been lasting for months and only getting worse. I watched my diet, cut out foods, was spending money on laser therapy and products. Finally I came across Cocoon. I’m into my third month and could not be happier with how my skin is feeling. No longer getting enlarged, sore pustules that linger for weeks. I have struggled with acne all my life, it settled down a bit after my teen years but now in my 30s its back. Always big painful cysts around my jaw and cheeks that you feel under your skin before they even show themselves. I wanted to try something less harsh than drugs like Acutane.
